		<description><![CDATA[I grew up a Kansas City fan and remember what a key contributor Sundberg was for the &#039;85 Royals team that ended up winning the World Series. According to baseball-reference, he was 34 that season and appeared in 112 regular season games behind the plate, starting 107 of those games. He handled the pitching staff magnificently, and though he hit only .245 that year, I&#039;ll never forget his bases-loaded triple off of Dave Stieb in game seven of the ALCS that proved to be the difference in the game.]]></description>
